      Through advanced technology, scale-base and hand-held electrodes use bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) to obtain body composition of water, muscle and body fat ratios. Segmental analysis enhances our ability to prescribe effective exercise programs and allows us to gauge the effectiveness of prescribed exercises.


      Using state-of-the-art technology we capture 4 million different data points and create a 3D model of your body. We also measure each main part of your body within 5 mm accuracy making it possible for you to see exactly how effective your nutrition and exercise routines are and visualize the difference in your body.


      The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) measures fundamental movements that are key to daily life. The FMS aims to identify imbalances in mobility and stability. It scores you in a simple way to determine if your movement patterns are optimal, acceptable or dysfunctional. This helps us build personalized workouts for you!
